We Pay Fast Cash for Unwanted Parrots
Divorce, job transfer, death, new spouse, new child, moving, apartment living, extensive travel, retirement, health issues, parrot turned mean, parrot plucks, buyers remorse, not enough time, not enough money... Just a few of the many reasons that most long-lived parrots (and the third most common pet) sometimes need to find a new family. Forever homes are a nice thought, but not reality. If you have a parrot(s) who must find a new home, please contact us.

We believe we have a better solution...
Instead of giving your parrot away or ignoring the problem, why not at least get some of your money back, and fast. Will you get top dollar for your unwanted bird? Of course not, but how has it been going so far? If we buy your bird for a much lower amount than you originally wanted, will we sell it for a profit later? Hopefully!! But not after we put a lot of training, food, medical care, housing and TLC into it to help it become a "wanted" bird again. Sometimes that takes weeks, often it takes YEARS! Sometimes it never happens, and they stay with us in our privately funded Sanctuary for life.
We provide training, rehabilitation, and rehoming when we can or sanctuary when we can't, always with a wonderful diet, medical care, and life enrichment during their temporary stay with us. We only buy wholesale and don't pay retail prices, but that beats giving your bird away for free to some underfunded organization, or worse, neglecting and/or abusing your unwanted bird(s), or even pawning it off on somebody who has no idea how to properly care for your long-lived parrot.
Drop us a detailed email about your parrot and your situation NOW! This is a win, win situation for everybody. You would probably give the bird away for free if you knew it would go to a good home but now you don't have to. Five reasons to email us TODAY:
1. YOU will get at least some of your money back for the bird, and FAST.
2. THE BIRD will benefit from all of the loving, caring attention it will get from us and will eventually end up in a wonderful new home (even if it is at our own sanctuary).
3. WE will get the opportunity to enjoy working with another new friend for awhile, and hopefully make a small profit upon placement with the right family (including the sale of a cage, perches, food, toys, etc.)
4. The bird's NEW FAMILY will be happy that they did not have to pay high pet store retail prices to get a wonderful new addition to their family, and one that it is well trained and in good health. You can rest assured that the new family WILL be educated by us about the commitment required to keep parrots, and WILL take the commitment seriously as they will have an "investment" in this new family member, just as you had. (Its pretty easy to ignore a freebie though, isn't it?)
5. The INDUSTRY will have been helped by our focusing on a commercially viable solution to rehoming existing birds, instead of today’s industry focus on pumping out new baby birds to the public, further worsening the “second hand parrot” problem, then sending "used-up birds" off to under-funded and under-staffed sanctuaries when we are "through with them".
Hopefully some day we can break even for our efforts, but if we don't... at least we know we did our best for our feathered friends.
Breeder pairs for sale and/or aviary liquidation inquiries welcome and encouraged.
Wholesale prices paid will vary based on species, health, appearance, temperament, training, and location.
Cages in good condition sometimes purchased as well.
Pickup available in southeast Texas only or by air shipment to Houston (including Bush International & Hobby Airports).
Please EMAIL your bird offer with photos, description, lowest asking price, and any medical history when possible.
